Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all aspects of team delivery including schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• The primary focus is leading team-level execution, forming and building a team, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the development of delivery plans and drive the plan through all phases of an execution lifecycle, or via a CI/CD process, through an assets in-service deployment to production and transition to IT Operations.
• Maintain forecasts and utilize metrics to drive the achievement of desired results. IT PMs utilize Agile delivery methodologies and practices such as Scrum, and Kanban, providing leadership for the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare plans and budgets to ensure predictable delivery against organizational expectations. They develop and report project and team status to stakeholders and the appropriate governance committees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience as a project manager in an IT environment.
• knowledge of process design, project estimation, Microsoft Project, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to time, on schedule, and within budget close.
• Experience with full product lifecycle with an understanding of the development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership.  
• Experience in working with Microsoft TFS.
