Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and SentinelOne.
• Enhance authentication and access policies with Okta, OneLogin, and Duo.
• Support and maintain Meraki or Ubiquiti UniFi network environments.
• Manage vulnerabilities using SentinelOne, ensuring SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Deploy and manage macOS and Windows devices with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Rippling MDM.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and guide the IT team.
• Administer video conferencing solutions like Zoom and Google Meet.
• Develop automation using Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
• Handle IT requests via Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Continuously optimize IT operations and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT SaaS Admin and 4+ years as an IT Engineer or Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SaaS applications, IAM, and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Experience with Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, Jamf Pro, Intune, and Rippling MDM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows.
• Familiarity with Zoom and Google Meet setups.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
