Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and customers to gather and document business requirements for financial products and applications.
• Analyze customer needs and data to drive product development and inform solutions.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and business leaders.
• Validate requirements through prototyping, UAT, and feedback sessions.
• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects.
• Participate in testing, identify defects, and assist in resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, design, and project artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, financial product development, or application development.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Regulatory Capital calculations (CEM, SA-CCR), and Basel 3/3.1 regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Visio, and requirements management tools.
• Business analysis certifications (CCBA, CBAP) or financial certifications (CFA, FRM).
