Role Overview
The company is seeking a senior-level mobile developer (
8–10+ years of experience) with strong, hands-on expertise in both iOS and Android application development.
You’ll design, build, and deploy mobile applications using Swift/SwiftUI and Java/Kotlin, ensuring alignment with business requirements, mobile architecture best practices, and CI/CD standards.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth, leadership capability, and cross-platform development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Build iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI; Android apps using Java or Kotlin (Jetpack Compose is a plus).
Manage application setup, configuration, and CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment.
Integrate common device features (biometrics, push notifications, camera, microphone, etc.).
Translate business requirements/user stories into clear technical tasks.
Collaborate with Product Owners and offshore developers to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
Apply mobile architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
Support production releases and incident troubleshooting when needed.
Optionally mentor junior developers or lead small technical teams.
Required Qualifications
8+ years (ideally 10+) of overall application development experience.
Proven iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
Proven Android development with Java or Kotlin.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and resiliency requirements in mobile environments.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
