Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, Operations Technology, or a related field.
Experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives.
Exposure to technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, display systems, and networking equipment.
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced innovation environment.
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer-facing operations, or technology-focused environments.
Experience supporting hardware deployments and technology rollouts across multiple locations.
Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, or innovation labs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination.
Understanding of operational processes and technology ecosystems.
