We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and operating system platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Linux, Windows Server, Cisco UCS, and Pure Storage, along with expertise in managing enterprise infrastructure and ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise infrastructure, including compute, storage, virtualization, and backup environments.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift clusters and containerized workloads.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Administer Cisco UCS infrastructure, including server provisioning, firmware, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Manage Pure Storage SAN environments, ensuring performance, capacity, and availability.
- Configure and support enterprise backup and recovery solutions, primarily Veeam.
- Support Active Directory (on-premises and Azure) for identity and access management.
- Monitor infrastructure health, perform system upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues and implement technology improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (highly preferred).
- Solid administration experience with Windows Server and Linux.
- Experience managing Cisco UCS infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Pure Storage SAN platforms.
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VMware virtualization environments.
- Familiarity with backup platforms such as Cohesity (formerly Catalogic Castin), Trilio, or Commvault.
- Experience with additional storage platforms including NetApp, Synology, or Pivot3.
- Exposure to RingCentral or other enterprise telephony platforms.
- Relevant certifications or formal training in infrastructure, virtualization, Linux, Windows Server, or OpenShift are a plus.
