Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead MDM design and development for Product and Customer domains.
• Implement integrations with SAP (IDoc) and Salesforce.
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and provide accurate estimates.
• Customize Provisioning UI, ActiveVOS, and manage Task Management.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain MDM mappings, match/merge rules, and data quality functions.
• Configure and customize MDM Data Models, Hub Console, and IDD applications.
• Manage batch load processes and real-time APIs for MDM data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and define best practices for MDM development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with MDM design, development, and configuration.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Informatica MDM (on-premise), including Hub, Provisioning UI, ActiveVOS, and Match/Merge.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and complex queries.
• Experience with Batch Load and Real-Time APIs for data ingestion/consumption.
• Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, and IICS.
• Experience with SAP integration (IDocs via Informatica Cloud Data Integration).
• Expertise in customizing MDM Data Models, Hub Console, and IDD.
• Experience with Salesforce integration is a plus.
