Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, upgrade, configure, optimize, and administer the Informatica platforms, both on-premises (PowerCenter, IDQ, EDC) and IICS.
• Manages the Informatica platform components related to configuration, security, and connectivity.
• Support production jobs with performance tuning, metrics, and troubleshooting.
• Informatica Power Center, Informatica Big Data Management, Oracle Exadata, SQL, PL/SQL, Netezza, Teradata, Autosys, UNIX and File Transfer Protocols.
• MDM, Data Virtualization, Data Services, Proactive Monitoring, Data Exchange, Data transformation, Data masking and Test Data Management platforms.
• Establish and maintain complex processes using Advanced integration methods for fast data loading/processing mechanisms to meet business SLA’s and operational excellence.
• Work with System Administrators, Network SME’s, Oracle/SQL DBA’s on establishing and maintaining optimal system performance for enhanced throughput and efficiency of the platform.
• Manage the Informatica technical support relationship.
• Monitor all environments to detect issues and trends before they impact users.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the following areas: data integration best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshooting the tickets with vendor for Informatica related products.
• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Should have experience in managing object versions using GitHub.
• Experience in Informatica Cloud Integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions including Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality, Data
• Catalog, Data governance, CAI and CDC.
• Hands on experience in IICS (Informatica Cloud) Design and Development
• Should have experience talking to business users’ strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous working experience in onsite offshore model.
• Identifies, develops, implements, reviews, and revises process improvements, procedures, and controls (including SOX) to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
• Recommends and follows security management practices, including the ongoing promotion of awareness on current threats, auditing of server logs, and other security management processes.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business; available to provide 24x7 support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 9+ years' experience in Informatica administration as it relates to the hardware and software
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills
• Expertise to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box, and grasp technical concepts
• Strong ability to combine information or data to find relationships among seemingly unrelated events
