We are seeking a Senior IAM Project Manager with 6+ years of IT project management experience and a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end IAM projects, managing budgets, tracking project performance, and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IAM implementation projects from planning through deployment and closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IAM, security, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure IAM projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, requirements, action items, and project governance.
- Work closely with technical teams to support IAM implementation activities and resolve project-level issues.
- Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle IAM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and processes.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong experience with project status reporting and executive communication.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience preferred.
- Experience with enterprise IAM transformation or implementation programs.
- Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments is a plus.
