Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and meet business requirements.
• Integrate Hybris with other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and payment systems, to create seamless workflows and enhance user experiences.
• Work closely with remote and distributed teams, contributing to both backend and frontend development efforts. Participate in cross-functional team discussions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Be prepared to provide on-call support when necessary, as eCommerce systems require 24/7 uptime and quick issue resolution.
• Follow agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient development cycles, and participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in eCommerce technologies, Hybris features, and industry best practices. Embrace a culture of self-development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in systems integration and development, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages like Java / J2EE, Spring, MVC, HTML, DHTML, SOAP, and Ajax.
• Deep understanding of J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, SQL, MySQL, Tomcat, Apache, and Kafka.
• Experience with enterprise deployment processes, code management systems, and cloud-based environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform and eCommerce package implementations.
• Familiarity with CPQ Hybris-based implementations is highly desirable.
• Experience in integrating systems with ERP, CRM, Payment switches, and other enterprise software solutions.

Additional Skills

• Prior experience in retail and/or media industries is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
• A passion for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to self-development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with agile development processes and working in distributed teams.
• Knowledge of email marketing systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
