We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Engineer to manage, optimize, and support enterprise HR systems with a strong focus on Workday and related HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRIS administration, HR process optimization, system integrations, and supporting global HR operations in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- Configure and support HR system modules, workflows, security, and business processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR operations across talent management, payroll, benefits, and compliance functions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and coordinate testing for new releases.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Lead HRIS projects, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and user guides.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on HRIS initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing HR systems, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, along with exposure to additional HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience working in a global SaaS or technology environment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
