Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom ArcGIS applications using the Esri development platform and standard programming languages.
• Design and implement integrations between ArcGIS Enterprise and various corporate applications using third-party APIs and middleware.
• Perform advanced geospatial tasks including database management (SQL Server), ArcGIS data/map service management, geoprocessing, and spatial analysis.
• Create, document, and enhance best practices, workflows, and technical standards for GIS system integration and solution development.
• Leverage Esri tools, APIs, and common development frameworks to deliver robust, scalable GIS solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent development projects while ensuring high quality, performance, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated geospatial solutions aligned with business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and GIS solution integration.
• Proficiency in:
  • Esri development tools: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro/Desktop.
  • Programming languages: Python and JavaScript.
  • Database management: SQL Server.
  • Integration: Use of third-party APIs and middleware.
• Demonstrated ability in ArcGIS data/map service management, geoprocessing, and map compilation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating the ArcGIS platform with other enterprise applications via APIs or ArcGIS REST API.
• Experience developing or configuring applications and widgets in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
