• Oversee troubleshooting, debugging, and rapid resolution of application issues.
• Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders to align technical deliverables with business goals.

• Expertise in securing applications across multiple systems

Non-Technical Skills

• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) IT or equivalent industries.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and testing practices in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in implementing automation for repeatable tasks.
• hands-on experience in developing and operating complex systems and applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with focus on details, professionalism, and relationship building.
