Senior Epic Cupid Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Cupid configuration, development, and optimization to support cardiology and cardiovascular services.
• Support full Epic implementations, system rebuilds, acquisitions, conversions, and related application transformation projects.
• Configure and maintain departments, facilities, providers, and clinical workflows within Epic Cupid.
• Analyze cardiology procedural workflows and translate clinical and operational requirements into effective system configurations.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, application analysts, and project leadership to gather requirements and resolve workflow issues.
• Perform system testing, workflow validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure solution quality.
• Support application upgrades, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop configuration documentation, workflow specifications, and training materials as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams throughout implementation and post-deployment support.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Cupid build and configuration experience.
• Current Epic Cupid certification.
• Experience with full Epic implementations, rebuilds, acquisitions, or system conversions.
• Strong experience configuring departments, facilities, providers, and clinical workflows.
• In-depth understanding of cardiology and cardiovascular procedural workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
