Senior Entra ID / IAM Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Entra ID / IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory/Azure AD) and enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SSO, SAML integrations, application onboarding, RBAC, and enterprise IAM implementations.

This role will be responsible for supporting and delivering IAM initiatives, migrating and onboarding applications to Entra ID, implementing secure access models, and working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions for enterprise environments.

• Lead or support Entra ID migration and IAM transformation initiatives.

• Implement and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Onboard enterprise applications into Entra ID and IAM platforms, including application registration, authentication configuration, and access management.

• Configure and support SAML-based federation and integrations with enterprise applications.

• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models aligned with security and business requirements.

• Support identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and access-management processes.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, and application integration issues.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to deliver IAM solutions.

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and solution designs.

• Independently manage assigned technical tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.

• Extensive experience with SSO and SAML integrations.

• Strong experience onboarding and integrating enterprise applications into IAM platforms.

• Hands-on experience designing or implementing RBAC models.

• Understanding of modern authentication and federation protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across identity, authentication, and access-management technologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Azure/Microsoft cloud environments.

• Experience with enterprise application migration to Microsoft Entra ID.

• Familiarity with identity governance, access reviews, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.

• Experience working with large-scale enterprise IAM transformation or modernization projects.
