Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Browser & Endpoint Engineer to design, manage, and optimize our enterprise browser ecosystem and modern endpoint platforms. In this role, you will hold global ownership of browser infrastructure—spanning ChromeOS, Chrome Enterprise, Edge Enterprise, Citrix Enterprise Browser, and Citrix Workspace Browser—ensuring secure access, seamless user experience, and automated lifecycle management across all devices and VDI environments.
The ideal candidate is an EUC/Endpoint Engineer at heart with deep expertise in identity, network, and browser-level policies, backed by modern automation skills and SRE/DevOps disciplines for enterprise-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Browser & Endpoint Architecture
- Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise browser policies across Chrome, Edge, ChromeOS, and Citrix Enterprise/Workspace Browsers.
- Manage centralized browser management platforms, including Google Admin Console, Chrome Browser Cloud Management (CBCM), Microsoft Intune, and GPO/Group Policy.
- Enforce security baselines, enterprise extensions, proxy/PAC configurations, PKI/browser certificates, and SSO authentication flows (SAML 2.0, OIDC, Entra ID, ADFS).
- Oversee browser release rings (Canary, Dev, Beta, Stable, Extended), application compatibility, cross-browser redirection, and legacy web application access.
2. VDI & Workplace Infrastructure Integration
- Manage browser profile persistence, cookie containerization, and session state performance in Citrix, VDI, and FSLogix non-persistent desktop environments.
- Maintain golden images, optimize image provisioning, and troubleshoot browser behavior across virtual and physical Windows/ChromeOS endpoints.
3. Advanced Troubleshooting & Observability
- Perform deep-dive L3/L4 technical root cause analysis (RCA) on complex browser, authentication, extension, and network connectivity issues using tools such as Procmon, Sysinternals, Chrome DevTools, HAR capture, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
- Diagnose and resolve complex edge cases around SSL/TLS certificate chains, CORS, web proxy routing, and identity/SAML assertions.
4. Automation & Self-Healing Workflows
- Build scalable automation for operational tasks, endpoint health checks, and self-healing remediations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Implement orchestration for automated software deployment, browser extension management, and configuration audits integrated with ServiceNow or enterprise RPA tools.
5. SRE & Operations Management
- Apply SRE principles to the EUC ecosystem: define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, capture telemetry, and maintain real-time fleet health visibility.
- Execute controlled canary rollouts and automated rollback procedures for major browser updates, OS patches, and policy changes to eliminate production outages.

- Platform Depth: Hands-on ownership of large-scale browser management using Google Admin Console, Chrome Browser Cloud Management (CBCM), Intune/MECM, and Group Policy (GPO).
