Senior End-User Computing (EUC) Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Lead End-User Computing (EUC) troubleshooting and optimization across enterprise Windows environments
• Investigate and resolve battery drain and performance issues on enterprise laptop fleets
• Analyze OS imaging processes, including factory vs. enterprise image comparisons and post-imaging performance behavior
• Manage and optimize SCCM and Co-Management workloads, including application deployment, policies, and agent behavior
• Assess endpoint agents (security, monitoring, management) for system and battery impact
• Configure and optimize Windows OS power management, background services, and driver performance
• Conduct controlled lab-based testing, technical validation, and comparative analysis
• Collaborate with OEMs, application owners, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve issues
• Produce clear, structured documentation and executive-level technical reports

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in End-User Computing (EUC) / Workplace Services environments
• Deep expertise in Windows OS imaging (OSD), post-imaging validation, and performance tuning
• Strong experience with SCCM and Co-Management (application deployment, policies, client behavior)
• Expertise in Windows power management, battery performance behavior, and system optimization
• Experience analyzing endpoint agents and their impact on system performance
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to perform controlled testing in lab environments and work independently
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical and executive audiences
