Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consolidated work plans, facilitate meetings, track issues, and manage budgets.
• Apply Agile methodologies, with knowledge of Waterfall, to manage projects and deliver successful outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks, define mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet time, scope, quality, and budget goals.
• Communicate critical decisions and progress to IT and business leadership.
• Use critical thinking to resolve challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Experience

• 8+ years in Program/Project Management, with 5+ years in retail application development.
• PIM experience, specifically Akeneo, and Jira for project tracking.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, payment systems, and retail infrastructure.
• Comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and financial management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital merchandising and retail site systems.
• Strong risk management and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate across teams.
