Senior DOC1 / EngageOne CCM Developer

We are seeking an experienced DOC1 / EngageOne CCM Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DOC1/EngageOne Designer, Customer Communications Management (CCM), XML, and JSON.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing documents, statements, correspondence, and batch communications.

• Develop and maintain templates using DOC1 / EngageOne Designer.

• Work with XML and JSON data for dynamic document generation.

• Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

• Perform testing and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with DOC1 / EngageOne Designer.

• Solid CCM experience.

• Strong knowledge of XML and JSON.

• Experience with document composition and batch communication solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
