We're looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong leadership skills to manage and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and infrastructure automation. You'll work closely with development teams, ensure efficient processes, and mentor a dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps teams to achieve high-performance results.
• Automate CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Manage containerized environments (OpenShift, Docker, Podman).
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in DevOps with hands-on experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform.
• Proficient in Python, RHEL/Ubuntu OS, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, YAML, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
