Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage desktop support and end-user IT support teams.
  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove support for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, security, and asset governance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service standards.
  • Manage support operations across distributed or regional teams.
  • Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT support processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a desktop or end-user support leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in macOS and Windows enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting executive-level users in high-touch environments.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, security patching, and asset management.
  • Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with budget and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creative, design-led, or high-performance enterprise environments.
  • Background in retail or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
