Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the cab design program across cash crop high and 4WD tractor platforms, including launch phase support and issue resolution.
• Lead the design process from concept initiation to final production for the new cab.
• Track and resolve issues related to design and production phases.

• Creo
• Interior, Plastic, surface, plastic injection
• Teamcenter

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with agricultural cab design.
• Extensive experience with plastics, interiors, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision, including launch support and troubleshooting.

Proven track record of successfully delivering design projects on schedule
