Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to support predictive analytics and improve business outcomes.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows using Python and relevant data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, sci-kit-learn).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts on best practices in data science and analytics.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of relevant industry work experience in data-driven projects with a well-rounded understanding of statistical fundamentals learning.
• Proficiency with Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
  Experience producing meaningful visualizations/dashboards/presentations for cross-functional teams.
• Understanding and exposure to the different levels of the data science cycle (definition, collection, preparation, extraction, analysis, modeling, and deployment).
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts & scalable software design principles.
