Required Experience/Skills

• 12+ years of proven expertise in SQL, schema design, and dimensional data modeling.
• Minimum 5+ years in modern data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP/Databricks acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse best practices, development standards, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as ADF, Informatica, Talend, etc.
• Expertise in data warehousing technologies (Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
• Solid experience with big data tools (Databricks, Spark, etc.) and advanced programming in PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter, “let’s get this done” mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Azure Event Hub, IoT Hub, Stream Analytics, Azure Analysis Services, Cosmos DB.
• SAP ECC / S/4 HANA exposure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD deployments, and cloud migration methodologies.
