We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and PCF. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including design, development, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully implementing CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, ARC, Email Template management, and PCF controls.
- Build and manage complex Power Automate flows for scenarios such as email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling.
- Manage and troubleshoot email integrations, including Exchange synchronization, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, and disclaimer handling.
- Promote solutions safely across DEV → UAT → PROD environments, including handling hotfixes and rollback planning.
- Participate in UAT readiness, go-live checklists, and post-deployment validation activities.
