We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM and EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end integrations between Oracle EBS and external trading partners across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support EDI integrations (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- Work with trading partners for onboarding, mapping, testing (SIT/UAT), and production rollout.
- Implement and support key EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945.
- Develop and maintain RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and XML Publisher.
- Build and manage interfaces across Oracle modules including OM, INV, PO, and Shipping.
- Work with Oracle integration tools such as Oracle XML Gateway and Oracle eCommerce Gateway.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI and SCM integrations.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, RCA analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM technical roles.
- Strong expertise in EDI standards and tools (Sterling, Seeburger, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS integrations, XML Gateway, and eCommerce Gateway.
- Strong knowledge of O2C and P2P business processes.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, APIs, and interface tables.
- Experience with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, VAN, and B2B integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM / Cloud integrations.
- Exposure to ITIL / AMS support models.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
