Requirements:

• Strong expertise in HL7 FHIR standards and interoperability.
• Experience analyzing and implementing FHIR Implementation Guides: CARIN Blue Button, US Core, Da Vinci PDEX, CRD, DTR, and PAS.
• Deep understanding of CMS-9115 Patient Access API and CMS-0057-F Interoperability & Prior Authorization regulations.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR API design, data modeling, and interoperability workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security regulations.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards: HL7 v2, CCDA, USCDI, SNOMED, LOINC, CPT.
• Ability to create technical documentation (data mappings, data flows, API specs, test cases).
• Experience in payer domain (claims, benefits, prior authorization).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with EHR/EMR integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
