Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and configuration of Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) on the Salesforce platform
• Designing and implementing complex pricing and quoting processes in Conga CPQ.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CPQ configuration and integration with other systems.
• Understanding of Conga CPQ functionalities and product capabilities to drive and enable business decisions
• Understanding of Pricing management: Price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks

Required Qualification

• 8+ years of Conga CPQ on Salesforce and X-Author (Excel)
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash Transformation Program / relevant program
• Minimum 8+ years of experience working on ERP/SaaS product implementations specific to Quote-to-Cash.
• Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes
• Deep understanding of X-Author (Excel)
• Extensive technical knowledge of product configuration management: products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules.
