Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB capabilities.
• Collaborate with database, cloud, and software configuration teams to align asset and configuration data.
• Define and maintain asset lifecycle processes, standards, and documentation.
• Manage software license tracking and compliance across the organization.
• Support Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) efforts.
• Provide executional support for the CMDB and asset management roadmap.
• Assist in identifying appropriate tools and licenses for asset and configuration management systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and/or CMDB administration.
• Proven track record of implementing or maturing ITAM/CMDB in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other CMDB platforms.
• Skilled in software license management and compliance tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visio for documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of software configuration and database management processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
