Primary Responsibilities

• Build and automate AWS infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD pipelines; manage landing zones, networking, and account provisioning.
• Enhance cloud security, governance, and cost-efficiency through automation and best practices.
• Work with architects and app teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs; support production releases and provide limited on-call support.
• Research emerging tools, contribute to cloud strategy, and drive adoption of platform improvements across teams.
• Share knowledge through engineering communities, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure infrastructure meets performance and reliability goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably with AWS.
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of networking, VPCs, IAM, security groups, and cloud governance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
