Senior CIAM Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
• Perform application development, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, incident resolution, and source code management.
• Develop, test, and deploy software solutions in an Agile environment.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Manage version control artifacts and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and development teams.
• Participate in on-call support rotations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software/application development experience.
• Strong experience with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock CIAM platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Linux, SQL, Networking, Web Services/APIs, and Secure SDLC practices.
• Experience with Tomcat, containers, cloud platforms, SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting and YAML is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within Agile teams.
