Design, configure, and optimize CDN solutions across platforms such as Akamai, Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly, and Imperva
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Terraform, GitOps, or similar tools to manage CDN configurations at scale
Define and implement caching strategies, routing rules, and performance optimizations to improve content delivery and latency
Configure and manage DNS, Bot Management, and web security features (WAF, TLS/mTLS) within CDN environments
Monitor CDN performance using tools such as TrafficPeak, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, or similar platforms; build dashboards and alerts to ensure reliability
Analyze system metrics and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring minimal service disruption
Provide on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis for CDN-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, and security) to integrate CDN solutions into enterprise applications
Develop and recommend reference architectures, configuration standards, and deployment best practices
Optimize CDN configurations for SEO, performance, and API acceleration use cases
Work with REST APIs and tools like Postman to manage and validate CDN integrations
Ensure CDN implementations follow security best practices and compliance requirements
Support distributed environments including client-server systems, virtual machines, and cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with two or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js, Java)
Hands-on experience with one or more major CDN providers (Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Imperva)
