Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and potential impacts on critical business functions.
• Develop, update, and test Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring they are well-documented and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees regarding BC/DR policies and procedures to foster a culture of preparedness.
• Organize and facilitate regular testing and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of BC/DR plans.
• Work closely with IT, security, operations, and other departments to ensure integration of BC/DR strategies across the organization.
• Monitor compliance with BC/DR policies and procedures, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, CRISC) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks and disaster recovery technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
