Roles and Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements and conduct feasibility analysis to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support project teams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring development aligns with business needs.
- Develop clear, informative project documentation (functional and non-functional requirements) for diverse stakeholders.
- Leverage domain expertise to provide strategic insights and deliver business value.
- Analyze strategic problems, data, and information to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and build test cases to validate business requirements and oversee End-User Testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of business/group initiatives.
- Provide specialized consulting, technical support, and analytical insights.
- Diagnose and resolve issues independently, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the mortgage or lending industry.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong background in financial services and deep knowledge of the mortgage industry.
- Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations.
- Proven experience in strategic problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
