5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the mortgage or lending industry.
Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in financial services and deep knowledge of the mortgage industry.
Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations.
Proven experience in strategic problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
