We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant specializing in Cards & Payments with strong Cards Business Analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of card payment platforms, business processes, and implementation activities, with hands-on experience in PAYplus USA and/or GFX software. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex business problems, and the capability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements related to card payments, processing platforms, and financial services solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Cards business processes, payment products, and operational workflows.
- Support client implementations, process improvements, and solution delivery initiatives.
- Lead analysis activities, including data aggregation, requirements gathering, impact assessment, and solution recommendations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing assigned projects, processes, or deliverables.
- Identify business challenges, evaluate multiple information sources, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and client representatives to define requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication across teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes, products, and services.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Cards & Payments business analysis.
- Strong understanding of card processing systems, payment operations, and financial services platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of PAYplus USA and/or GFX software.
- Experience working with client implementations, operational processes, and large-scale payment solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions based on multiple data sources.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes, products, or programs.
