Senior BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.

Design data models, semantic layers, and KPI frameworks.

Perform exploratory data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define metrics and reporting standards.

Support data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics best practices.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.

Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

Expertise in data modeling (star schema, semantic models).

Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.

Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.

Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Python for analytics and automation.

Forecasting, predictive analytics, or light machine learning experience.

Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.

Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Experience building or scaling analytics functions and BI programs.
