Roles and Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build scalable Appian applications using Process Models, SAIL, Data Fabric, Record Actions, and Connected Systems
• Legacy Modernization: Re-platform applications from legacy technologies (MS Access, VB) to Appian
• Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Lead Architects on solution design and contribute to technical documentation (ERDs, design docs)
• Integration: Integrate Appian with external systems and databases, including data migration
• Agile & DevOps: Participate in Agile ceremonies, perform code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers
• Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high quality standards
• Collaboration: Work with BAs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on Appian BPM development
• Expertise in Appian components: SAIL, Data Fabric, Process Models
• Experience with enterprise integrations and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
