Design and develop Appian applications, including records, interfaces, process models, business rules, decisions, and integrations.
Collaborate with architects to implement scalable, cloud-ready Appian solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
Develop complex workflows supporting case management, intake, adjudication, payments, and enforcement processes.
Configure dynamic workflows, business rules engines, and ADA-compliant user interfaces.
Design and develop custom Appian plug-ins and extensions as needed.
Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using Appian connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Support data migration activities from legacy systems into Appian Data Fabric.
Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Appian pipelines, automated testing, and standard development tools.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and accessibility standards across all development activities.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer and training initiatives.

Appian Certification (required).
Strong experience in Appian application development and workflow automation.
Experience with integrations, API development, and enterprise application connectivity.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
