Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Measure and evaluate digital experiments, campaigns, and optimization initiatives, translating results into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Identify opportunities for digital experience optimization through data analysis, customer behavior insights, and hypothesis development.
  • Design and support experimentation frameworks to validate business and customer experience hypotheses.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve customer and digital channel challenges using research, analytics, and data science methodologies.
  • Develop recommendations that improve digital channel performance, customer engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Present findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate data collection, experiment implementation, and measurement integrity.
  • Promote best practices in digital analytics, experimentation, and optimization across teams.
Required Qualifications
Digital Analytics & Customer Behavior Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing digital customer behavior and performance metrics.
  • Strong ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
Experimentation & Test Design
  • 3+ years of experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience developing hypotheses and measuring experiment outcomes.
Technical Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
    • Google Analytics
    • BigQuery
    • SQL
    • Quantum Metric
    • Tableau
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with website and mobile application analytics.
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and customer journey analysis.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing analytics, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
