Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement GenAI standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Develop innovative AI solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Stay updated on GenAI and agentic systems advancements and incorporate them into projects.
• Develop AI platform components, and resolve production issues as needed.
• Apply AI best practices, including cloud and data technology adoption.
• Ensure agile methodologies are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in AI/ML development, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and database management.
• Expertise in developing GenAI and agentic systems applications.
• Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong data engineering and design skills to support AI workloads.
• Proven experience with modern technology stacks, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
