We’re seeking a Senior Active Directory Engineer to design, implement, secure, and manage our enterprise AD and identity services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity federation, with strong troubleshooting, automation, and security skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of AD, Azure AD, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Maintain AD Group Policies, OU structures, and DNS/DHCP integration.
• Provide tier-3 support for AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication and authentication.
• Implement security best practices for AD, PAM, and conditional access.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for AD management.
• Drive adoption of modern identity technologies and Zero Trust principles.
• Partner with IT Security, Cloud, and Application teams on integrations and migrations. Mentor junior engineers.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• 8+ years of experience with On-Prem Active Directory.

Required Skills

• Expert in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy, Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with cloud integrations (Microsoft 365, SAML, OAuth, SCIM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator or similar certifications.
• Experience with Okta, Ping, or similar IAM platforms.
• Background in cybersecurity and directory security.
