Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and track project progress, ensuring risks are reviewed and mitigated, issues are escalated and resolved, and changes are documented and approved using a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution.
• Provide timely and accurate project status reports to internal and external stakeholders, including steering committees and resource managers.
• Support project reviews with senior management, ensuring all relevant project metrics and issues are addressed
• Help facilitate prioritization discussions to address resource contention and other project-related issues. Escalate conflicts to leadership when necessary.
• Proactively manage and track project budgets to meet department planning, forecasting, and reporting deadlines. Ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Own the process of identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks across security projects. Ensure that any project issues are promptly addressed to prevent delays or scope changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on project management and delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized teams and projects in an IT/Security context.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are required.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of IT and security frameworks, best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
