Security IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Security IT Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in roles such as business analyst, process analyst, technical writer, security analyst, or a related position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for security initiatives.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational security policies and frameworks.

• Translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls to support compliance and risk management objectives.

• Participate in security assessments, audits, and risk management activities.

Required Skills / Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a business analyst or related role.

• Strong understanding of information security concepts, frameworks, and best practices, including:

  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF)

  • Center for Internet Security Controls (CIS Controls)

  • ISO/IEC 27001

• Experience documenting technical and business processes and requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in risk management, compliance, or security governance.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and security tooling.
