Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations related to Identity and Access Management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Administer and maintain Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, and ServiceNow access workflows.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with IAM policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members and business stakeholders.
• Manage and track access-related incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Engage with all levels of management to communicate access controls, risks, and remediation efforts.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and access policies are up to date and followed consistently.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Support with a strong focus on IT Security and IAM.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in IAM or IT security operations.
• Proficient in Azure AD, MFA, PIM, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IAM security controls, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proven time, project, and people management capabilities.
