• We are seeking a talented and motivated Securities Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Morristown, NJ. 
• The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong focus on securities litigation, arbitration, regulation, and investigations.
• Securities Litigation
• Manage arbitration proceedings related to securities disputes.
• Stay abreast of developments in securities regulations and compliance.
• Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients on securities matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor legal strategies accordingly.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
• 2–6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation.
• Strong understanding of securities laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
