Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Create and update project charters, schedules, risk management plans, budgets, and other project management documentation.
• Secure resources and funding in collaboration with team members and management.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and schedules.
• Work with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain relevant metrics to track performance and ensure transparency.
• Communicate project risks, status, and requirements to executive leadership.
• Stay informed of AI trends and evaluate their potential application in projects.
• Ensure projects comply with audit requirements and handle cross-project dependencies.
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree.
• 5+ years of project management experience in application and data integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently.
• Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, SharePoint).
• Ability to translate business needs into IT deliverables.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align with diverse perspectives.
