Roles and Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain SDLC documentation and conduct audits to enforce process adherence.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth SDLC execution.
• Monitor and enforce quality gates at each stage; identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise on SDLC best practices.
• Continuously update and improve SDLC playbooks and operational manuals post-implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years leading SDLC in a large organization.
• Experience creating and maintaining SDLC methodologies, playbooks, and documentation.
• Proficiency with programming languages, Agile/DevOps, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Understanding of application design principles, software testing, QA, risk management, and defect management.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, SRE, and modern software practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint or other tools for methodology documentation and artifacts.
