Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing, software development, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience building and executing automated test solutions across multiple platforms and leading quality initiatives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for web, API, UI, and backend systems.
  • Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, load, and performance testing.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and related technologies.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.
  • Apply software quality assurance methodologies and best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams to understand system design and business processes.
  • Analyze application, data, and infrastructure architectures to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development practices.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, test automation, systems engineering, or architecture.
  • Strong expertise in automation testing across web, API, UI, and backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, etc.).
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, or C++.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
