Primary Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts with a strong focus on test automation across multiple system touchpoints.
• Design and implement comprehensive automated test plans; complement with targeted manual testing.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and scripts.
• Manage and enhance automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with analytics and development teams to build efficient, high-coverage test suites.
• Maintain agility in a fast-paced environment, communicating testing progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in functional QA and automation testing.
• Proven expertise in manual and automated test design and execution.
• Skilled in test scripting using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Jira, and TestRail.
• Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and CI/CD practices.
