We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading and facilitating scrum teams. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our projects, while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
• Remove any obstacles that may impede the progress of the team
• Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices and processes
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
